Terms and Conditions

The executing parties [hereafter referred to as Direct Seller and the Direct Selling entity, which term shall imply and include their respective legal heirs, assigns, successors, administrators, and undertakers] agree to and accept this agreement electronically and online
Be it known that this contract was signed and entered into in line with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules of 2021 and the India Contract Act (Hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
The following covenants are included in this agreement
● The age Limit for the application should be minimum 18+ Years.
● This document serves as both an application and an agreement to designate a person as an independent, self-employed distributor. Upon acceptance, this form will be construed as a legally binding contract, binding both the distributor and Top Life India to its terms and conditions.
● The contract between the Distributor and Top Life India is on a Principal-To-Principal basis. The Signing of this form/application by a Distributor and its acceptance does not bind the Distributor as an employee or agent or any authorized designated of the company.
● The Distributors are not allowed to promote, advertise, or deal in any goods or services that Top Life India has not approved without Top Life India's consent.
● The Distributors are not permitted to make any claims that conflict with those that Top Life India has authorised.
● A distributor is not permitted to sell the products/Services on any e-commerce platform/market place, if that so the associated ID will be terminated with immediate effect.
● Top Life India at his/her own risk, and the company will be entitled to take steps as per the business plan's terms, including the termination of the distributor ID and shifting the network as per the business plan, if any evidence of cross-sponsoring or other violations of the agreement and the business plan are found.
● In case of any grievance or complaint received by the Distributor from a customer regarding any products of Top Life India sold in pursuance of this contract, the Distributor shall refer such complaint to the Grivance of the Grievance Managment Committee of Top Life India which shall resolve such grievances within 15 (Fifteen) days.The decision of the Grievance Managment committee regarding such complaints shall be final.
● This is mandatory to submit the required Bank Details (Passbook/Cacel Cheque) along with the registration form.
● The distributor hereby authorizes Top Life India to send text messages and emails related to Top Life India business updates on his/her registered mobile number and email id with Top Life India.
● All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur (Raj.), India.
● In case, it is found that any information submitted through the verification agency is wrong/inaacurate or the KYC documents are forged fabricated or altered, the company will be entitled to take steps as per the terms of the Business plan, including the termination of the ID and Shifting of the network as per the terms of Business Plan.
● There shall be a cooling-off period of 30 days along with a buyback policy which are mentioned in details in the business plan.
● The application and agreements may be terminated/Cancelled in case no sales if goods or services takes place for a period of 45 Days from the date of agreement, after giving a 30 days prior notice through electronics media or hard copy.
